  : Just superb indeed. Right in the city centre, very clean, very spacious and comfortable. Not only that, I needed some extra days, and everything went through quite smoothly.I'd surely stay there again.

  : The central location and cleanliness.
  : The amount of stairs neede to climb to get to the apartment. We were three ladies of an advanced ages who weren’t aware of the difficulty of getting to the apartment let alone carry our suitcases. I personally had an issue with the automatic turn off of the lights in the hall. As I descended the last steps I fell and slid the last ten out of thirteen ceramic stairs. I lost my balance as the light turned off on my way down. Not all travellers are capable to deal with stairs. I was lucky to not end up in the hospital, but I still have severe bruising in my face, head and body. It was a lesson learned. If I ever book again, I will be asking about the accessibility concerns. It was not a good start to the vacation.

  : The location wss perfect, and the apartment was clean, spatious and confortable
  : The staff was cold and distant. They just sent a whatsapp with the door code and the location map. No friendly words, it was like talking to an automatic machine.Tha tumble dryer wasn't worki g and they didn't tell us, so we washed our clothes and they never dryed

  : It's a big apartment in the center of Ponta Delgada - location is just perfect for visiting the city. Beds were very comfortable and the equipment is good. Access is easy with key code and hosts were very responsive.
  : The smaller room had water damage some time ago - it didn't feel damp, but a simple repaint would make it much nicer.
