  : Loved the location and the views were stunning. The gardens were lovely too. Veranda was great to sit on at any time of day and the beds were very comfortable . Pool was a lovely size . Loved the rustic look and attention to detail throughout the villa. Some great restaurants not far away and the villa was very secure.
  : We should have been told on arrival that the pool whirl pool was not working, there was an opportunity to do so as we paid for the pool to be heated. Think fee should have been wavered because of this.Also was promised that temp on pool would be put up to 27, it didn't appear to have been done looking at the temp gauge. Plug in bathroom not working, not convenient for other couple with us using sink. reported it but no feed back through out the week about it. Toilet seat in en suite bathroom needs replacing, worn under rim ! Several very cracked mugs in property, not good enough re covid in our opinion. We didn't use them but meant washing the un cracked ones more. For the price of this villa these niggly things we feel were not acceptable and could easily be put right, advertising a whirlpool when not working is wrong either repair it or remove from the brochure . We were told not to remove pillow protectors when stripping the beds, our bed in en suite room had no pillow protectors. Also we were told a gardener and pool am would come on the thursday, we didn't see him. No big deal but we were prepared to go out.
