  : When we came back from breakfast, we noticed the towels were already taken from the bathroom! someone entered our room without our permission. I had significant, personal items there. No one should have entered as check out was not until 11 AM, two hours later! I reported The incident to the woman at the front desk. She told me they had the right to go into our room! I can understand an emergency that might be the case, but they must’ve assumed we already left and entered anyway. Even if they had knocked and didn’t hear an answer, they should not have entered the room. We could’ve been in the shower and just stepped out completely naked! I called the company the same day and reported the issue. I was told I would receive a call from escalated personnel, but no one ever called me back. It is now been 18 days since then.
