  : Some of the staff was friendly & helpful.
  : The room keys didn’t work so the staff had to come unlock the door everytime we needed bck in the room, one of the older staff ladies that worked evenings told us that she wasn’t going to be opening the doors so if we was to leave that we needed to leave our door cracked so it didn’t lock, the internet did not work at all so we was unable to watch tv or anything, the sheets on the bed had blood on them that was just covered up with a sheet, the people in the room on top of us on the second floor was doing nothing but stomping/running around all night & dat long, asked if we could get a couple extra blankets because my kids freeze at night & they told us they didn’t have any extra covers that we could get.

  : Lady that checked us in was not friendly and unwilling to help when she couldn’t find our 2nd room reservation even though I had it all on my phone with confirmation. Need to put on the website that the breakfast is only continental and not a hot breakfast.

  : The low pet fee, the lady at the front desk at 3pm was amazing and helpful
  : Room 109 had lots of what looked like fruit flies in the bathroom/shower area.

  : There were a large amount of fruit flies in the room. The sink leaked water from underneath. There were no Kleenex. The smoke alarm was covered with duck tape. No office chair. Tv did not work. No hot breakfast. Everything was not available

  : The sink and shower didn't drain.We had sewer flys everywhere in our room.The bed was uncomfortable. The pillows were too small for the bed and worn out.Other peoples stuff left in our refrigerator.
