  : I did not like how my husband and I were treated by the staff. Kelly and Robert were extremely rude and disrespectful. They automatically assumed that we were hosting our dog when indeed we were not. We had intentions of leaving early in the morning to meet with our friend who kept our dog for us over night, but ended up dropping him off to us in the morning as we were packing to leave. The staff saw our dog and immediately jumped to conclusions and did not allow us a chance to explain our situation at all. Instead, we were scolded as if we were trash to them and not a customer. I was genuinely satisfied with the location and the room until I experienced such horrible customer service, in fact this treatment wasn't even humane let alone giving customer service. If this is the way they treat paying customers, they do not deserve to have any one stay at this location. I will ensure that I let as many people as possible know about how horrible people are treated here. I will never forget this treatment. We even asked "Kelly" if that's even her real name why she was being so rude and nasty, and her attitude never changed she just said I can speak to the GM Christine. I do hope Christine sees this review and learns that her guest is being mistreated and if others are abusing the policies or not following rules, it isn't fair that someone innocent has to pay the price and have $250 taken from their bank account because the staff wants to assume that we have done something wrong. I hope that no one else goes through this and I hope that one day those 2 employees learn what genuine customer service looks like.....I don't believe that they have ever been spoken to about their attitudes nor rudeness. It seems that this property takes zero pride in making their guest happy and feel welcomed.

  : Bed was good. Plenty of pillows. Breakfast was good also would have better if there were maybe eggs offered.
  : Seemed to be an issue with getting enough washcloths and bath towels. Picked up dirty towels but then often would not replace what they took.

  : Only three things: the pool was great for the kids, the bed was comfortable, and the only staff member who was kind and even remotely helpful was Ms. Phyllis.
  : Pillows go flat immediately. While the room appears clean at first glance, it isn't. The hotel makes you sign an agreement stating that you will keep the air conditioner set at 74. There is also a dehumidifier in the room that must be left running per the agreement, it is loud and moldy. You must empty it multiple times a day. The campus is supposedly "smoke-free" but that means nothing people were smoking directly outside of the rooms weed and cigarettes. Which is fine to each their own but when it's all I can smell in my room with my children, that's a problem. There was mold around the window and in the vent located in the bathroom. Burn marks on the tub, what appears to be dried blood on the ceiling of my bathroom. One morning I was rudely awakened before 8 am by knocking on my door then when I didn't answer the door a phone call telling me that I MUST take my Do Not Disturb sign off of my door so that they could change my sheets. I advised that I didn't want mine changed (Day 5 of 7 Day stay) and the woman who was on the phone told me it wasn't optional....I complied but I can tell you for a fact not all the bedding was changed like they said it would be. One load of laundry will cost you at least $4. The dryers are questionable at best the washing machines work well but the laundry area is dirty. The hold placed on your credit card will also be $200 not $100 as advertised. Lastly, when I went to check-in the front desk lady working that day refused to assist me and instead made me check in on a kiosk with a virtual assistant. The gentleman who videoed in on the kiosk was friendly but the point being there was someone physically present that refused to assist me and her attitude was not necessary. On the day of check out there were signs up that were not present on the day of check-in directing guests to check-in/out at the kiosk.

  : The room was clean.
  : Wanted the offered cereal for breakfast, but could NOT have it because they had no milk. They did not have real milk. I was actually looking forward to breakfast, but 2% is not MILK. So, if you book a room, don't count on an edible breakfast. Like the big 4 so called breakfast places. IHOP, Waffle House, Bib Evans, and Denny's also do not have milk. Yet offer decaf????????
