  : We loved the location, my husband walked to the golf course everyday. We did like the unit had everything been in working order.
  : The first night we arrived we could not get in our unit that we were upgraded to, 9974 A. The unit clearly had a deadbolt that was locked when it wasn't supposed to be. I called you guys and you guys had your maintenance guy call me and the maintenance guy obviously didn't have a clue what he was talking about. He swore that unit did not have a deadbolt and I told him that I could clearly see it. He pretty much called me a liar and proceeded to give us hell about what time we were arriving after a 15 hour drive, and that this is not a hotel that you can just check in all hours of the night. We did not need to hear that after we had just arrived at midnight. So needless to say we had to stay in unit B which had no air conditioning and there was no signal to watch TV. It was hot as hell and on top of that we had our pets with us. That unit was so small I certainly don't think it was worth the money we paid for that, thank goodness for the free upgrade because we would have left and gone somewhere else to stay had we stayed in unit B. The free upgrade to unit A had a TV in the den that didn't work the whole time we were there. I reached out to Mark with Maids Exclusively on Tuesday and he came by twice in a three day period to try and fix the TV and he couldn't fix it. He then called the owner who said to go buy a new TV which he tried to do but he couldn't get it in his car so we had to lay in bed and watch TV the whole time we were there. We may as well have been in a hotel room. We had small appliances that we didn't know how to use and know one showed us how to use them, ie, the soda stream maker, and the one cup coffee maker. When I spoke to someone there at the management company about the TV you guys said, well it's a free upgrade and I said, free upgrade or not everything should be in working order. It was just ridiculous between the maintenance guy and getting answers like that from you guys.
