  : It was a quiet place and good location for hiking. The grounds were nicely keep.

  : Over booked us at the pool. Rude clubhouse (which they say guests can use freely) staff and residents. No air-conditioning except at the clubhouse. Boat ramp locked (also listed as an amenity).

  : Nice, quiet location with beach access a short walk away. The unit was clean and comfortable. Everything worked well and it was ideal for our small group (4 people) to relax and hang out.
  : There wasn't really anything bad about the property. It was a great price and comfort level for our stay. If I HAVE to pick something, the shower head is pretty low for a 6'3" person such as myself. Another fan would have been nice too.

  : Great location near Port Townsend, WA. Nice small beach and picnic, playground area. Nice tennis, pickle ball and pool area.
  : It is an older complex. Looks a bit tired. Our unit was clean but, the queen mattress needs to be replaced. The toilets could use an update as well.

  : The location was pretty and quiet. The trees and landscaping were nice. It was peaceful and calming. The pool was closed when it stated that it would be open. That was disappointing. However, walking the trails and the small beach was nice.
  : There were spiders in the condo. They were huge and I have a problem with spiders. The kitchen smelled of who knows what....it had an odor. The key situation was bad because there was a pin to enter and the last person in the condo had not closed the door tightly. The pin would not open the door and the keys were inside. We stood there for a few minutes wondering what to do. We called to get help but there was nobody to answer the phone. The furniture smelled of sweaty people and it was not comfortable. The owners need to not rely on the setting so much. 2 bathrooms, but both on lower floor. A loft, but nothing but a cheap table and chairs in it.
