  : The house was good value for money, fairly comfortable in general and perfect location for our trip.
  : The shower was quite old and not very clean, beds werent very comfortable and would have liked an enclosed garden at the back opposed to communal.

  : Location perfect. Just the right size accommodation for our group.
  : Two problems - the front door stuck so it was almost impossible to pull open from the inside. We thought we were imprisoned. Serious problem was that towels were not provided. This was not made clear on either the Booking.com or the Sykes Cottages sites. Generally we expect towels to be provided on Booking.com properties. As it was, we had to go out and buy 5 new towels from Tescos at 7 pm. Lucky it was close by and still open! Not a great start to our stay.
