  : We loved this place. Its a charming little oasis in the middle of an urban area. You rarely find places like this in the city with a large lawn and pool area. Great location close to many of the sights but just enough off the main streets to be a quiet neighborhood. Nice pedestrian only street with shops, grocery and bakery a block away. Many restaurants nearby. A very walkable location.
  : This isnt a criticism but rather information. This, like many places in Porto, is an old historic building that has been nicely updated. However, being an old building be prepared for some squeaky floors, and if you have loud neighbors (we didnt) a little less sound-proofing than a more modern building.

  : Firstly, the location is perfect! A very short walk to lots of restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets. The apartments are also situated away from any main roads, so there is very little noise which is perfect when relaxing by the pool. The rooms are nice and spacious and the staff were very friendly. The pool is a perfect addition, especially with the warm weather, and there are a number of sun loungers and chairs to relax in. The property is gated with a code, so its nice and secure too.
  : Overall the property was great, although the shower didnt appear to be cleaned properly as there was a dead millipede in the shower tray when we arrived. We also had a bit of hassle trying to organise breakfast for one of the mornings - we messaged in the afternoon to request breakfast the following morning (as advised). They then replied asking what time we would like it delivered, which we replied 9am. It got to 9:15am the next morning and nothing had arrived, so we tried calling the phone number (took 3 calls to get an answer), to be told that our request hadnt been processed properly and that we would no longer be able to get breakfast. This was disappointing as we then had to go out and find breakfast elsewhere, which delayed our plans for that morning.

  : A quiet calm oasis just outside central Porto. Generous and characterful rooms. Good facilities and staff that cant do enough to make your stay perfect.

  : Both ladies in reception were super friendly and helpful from checking us in to helping us with our plans to explore the city and beach. They were full of enthusiasm and enjoyed their job. We found there was a kitchen area by the pool along with a laundry room complete with iron etc for your use. Showers at the pool . Also the breakfast you can order from the apartments is fantas6and great value for money.
  : We booked 2 rooms for 6 people so utilised the sofa beds in the rooms. Both were dreadfully uncomfortable as you can feel the struts all throughout the sofa. This was rectified by the next morning when reported at reception, a thin mattress was arranged to cover the sofa. This was much better however suggest is probably more suited for children to sleep on .Though the building is beautiful and steeped in history, the disadvantage of that is soundproofing is non existent so if you are unfortunate to have neighbours in the room above deluxe room you can here all footsteps as for us the child that woke at 5am and ran constantly back and forth till his parents got up. Probably not a usual example but to consider. In the family room, our friends said that the bathroom door didn't close properly so not ideal for people sharing as no privacy .

  : Fantastic location and such helpful staff. Loved the outside kitchen that you could make a snack at if your at the pool and the laundry room was an added bonus. Couldn't ask for a more perfect location.
