  : We specifically chose and booked this hotel because it was listed as a pet-friendly accommodation. During the booking process, we selected the option for traveling with a pet, assuming that our request to book a room with a pet was communicated to the hotel. However, upon check-out, we encountered a very upset manager/owner who scolded us for not indicating in the description that we had a pet. There seems to be a gap in the user experience when communicating guests' accommodation booking criteria to the hotel.The gap between our preferences and the hotels policy created a highly negative experience during our stay. Despite booking a pet-friendly room, we were scolded by the manager for not indicating the presence of our pet. This caused significant inconvenience and discomfort. Furthermore, as we were informed that our dog couldn't accompany us to the breakfast restaurant, a significant factor in choosing this hotel (due to breakfast being included in the price), we opted to forgo breakfast entirely. Our understanding of a pet-friendly accommodation was that pets would be allowed in all designated areas, including the restaurant.We recommend the owner to add a description to their listing specifying the conditions to book his hotel to avoid further misunderstandings from both sides.   : We got a whole family apartment with its own kitchen, which was more than we expected. It was a very spacious unit in a separate building behind the main building. That also meant that it was very quiet, despite the tram and S-Bahn nearby. The front window blinds allowed for complete darkness so we slept well.Breakfast starts at 8 and takes place in the main building. Interiors there are very stylish!The staff is very friendly.The location near S Babelsberg is a great place to stay to visit both Potsdam and Berlin.
  : There was supposed to be an elevator, but there was none (our apartment was on the second floor of another building).The Wi-Fi only worked near the window and it was slow and unstable.Shampoo was missing in the bathroom, only hand soap was provided.
