  : Our recent stay at an apartment hosted by incredibly kind individuals had its ups and downs, reflecting their warmth and care, as well as some noteworthy drawbacks that influenced our overall experience. From the outset, the hosts' warm welcome and genuine friendliness were standout features of our stay. Their commitment to ensuring a pleasant experience was evident through their prompt and helpful communication, which made us feel valued as guests.
  : However, it's important to weigh the positives against a few significant downsides. The cost of the stay was notably high for the offered amenities and conditions. With the absence of Wi-Fi, a basic necessity for most travelers, I found myself inconvenienced by the lack of connectivity. Given today's reliance on the internet for various aspects of travel, the absence of Wi-Fi was a notable disadvantage. Another aspect that impacted our stay was the additional charge of 5 euros per day for air conditioning. While I understand that some properties have extra fees for certain amenities, this charge felt excessive, particularly given the already relatively high price of the stay. It's worth considering whether such an additional charge aligns with guests' expectations and value for money. In addition to the amenities and charges, the apartment's condition was slightly disappointing. The broken furniture, while not entirely the hosts' fault, detracted from the comfort and aesthetics of the space. The cleanliness issues, though minor, contributed to an overall impression that the property might not have received the attention it needed. Despite these concerns, the hosts' hospitality should not be overlooked. Their willingness to help, provide recommendations, and create a welcoming environment was truly appreciated. I believe that with a few adjustments, this apartment could provide a more balanced and satisfactory experience for future guests.
