  : Rooms were dated ,ceiling had patch jobs ,parts of sink drain missing. A smell of dampness. Tub ,I didn't want to place my feet in it. The price was 300 dollars . This isn't a 150 a night stay price for the property.

  : The roach infestation in our first room #101. I've enclosed an email that I sent on Friday April 26, 2024. Prior to this email, I left a message for Mr. Patel to contact me via the front desk and voicemail with no response.Hello Dipal Patel,I stayed in your La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Knoxville North I-75 from Thursday April 18, 2024 through Sunday April 21, 2024. We were given room #101. I am horrified at what we experienced.The very first night of our stay I killed a roach on the inside edge of the refrigerator. I figured that it was an isolated incident. On the second night of our stay, I killed over 10 roaches and immediately went to the front desk for a room change. The lady that I spoke to gave us room #104 and suggested that I contact you to see what you could do for me.Thankfully, room #104 was free of any roaches or bugs of any kind. However, I would appreciate a refund of 2 nights stay for what we had to endure while at your hotel. Feel free to contact me via this email.   : Hotel was dirty-needs a complete makeover. Lounge/eating area was filthy-mud on furniture/carpet had ground in food- yes, food ground in the floor. All furniture looked old, stained, tired and dirty.
  : Overall - dirty impression, neglected on maintenance throughout the entire facility. The room -poor lighting at best - bed was very uncomfortable -linens were suspect, damp and very old.
