  : Lot of spiders/bugs in the building, but so is the case in most of PragueCheck-In not terrible but not too clear

  : The apartment is very close to the old part of the city. Very spacious and comfortable.
  : We came by car, there is no suitable parking nearby. We had dogs with us, the first dog green is approx. 15 minutes walk from the appartment.

  : The ridiculous checking in farce we encounteredI was sent a photo of an alley and a yellow wall with a small black square on it???Thanks to a young couple staying in the same building he informed me that was the key box where our keys would be for the property???? why the key box wasnt next to the door was beyond me! We were asked to pay 20 for a late check in and was supposed to have been met by someone but nobody ever appeared!The smell which we found to be some dirty laundry left in a cabinet next to the door! bathroom bin was still full from the previous visitors!I asked how we were supposed to pay and was told leave it on the table!! I had to ask (again) where to leave the keys ??? Yes pop them back in the key box yards from the front doorOne hour later received a WhatsApp message asking if we had got in the building ???well yes eventually but was very stressful and was terrible customer service!!
