  : The appartment was dirty. The fridge smelled very bad. The place to pick up keys did not have the name which was on the confirmation. The number of the apartment was also wrong in the infodocument, which we got from the check in - instead of nr. 5 it was nr. 3 and we spent ages to find the right appartment, because nr. 5 did not exists in that flat at all!!!! Also everything was about to fall apart in the apartment, and there was only half roll of toilet paper for our whole stay from Friday to Sunday.

  : The apartment is very well equipped The location is PERFECT for exploring Prague by feet, close to all must visit places and close to very nice restaurants and shops.
  : The internet was not working. That is a major pitfall, and reason why I did not rate it higher

  : I have stayed in dozens of properties through booking.com, and this is the worst of the lot. Lowlights: - There was a stench of cigarettes throughout the apartment. There was a lighter on the couch. - Bedsheets were dirty and had numerous holes in them. - There was a sweets wrapper in one of the beds. - The beds had the appearance of having been slept in. - Surfaces were dirty to touch. There were cleaning products in the apartment so we wiped some of the surfaces down. - Wifi network was unavailable. - There was no hand soap, tea/coffee, washing powder, etc. - There was a used face mask on the floor. It was so bad that we packed up and left and stayed somewhere else. We messaged the property manager with our concerns and asked for a refund. He essentially called me a liar and demanded photographic evidence. Luckily, I had taken photos and so I sent these to him, and never heard back. It was odd that the manager challenged the fact that there was no wifi as I had already sent him a screen shot of all of the available networks in the apartment and his network was not present. It's a little hard to prove the smell of cigarettes in photos but I can honestly say the smell was overpowering. We never did get a refund and we had the extra expense of having to pay for other accommodation for multiple nights, so there is no reason for me to lie about the state of the place, as the manager alleged. It was well and truly an appalling experience.

  : The location is excellent, there are many cafes, bars, restaurants around. Everyone is nice and friendly. The apartment is ok and safe. Windows to the rear garden and no traffic noise. Very quiet at night.
  : There is construction work going on in the back garden. The windows are covered with dark plastic with a small number of holes for ventilation, which is clearly not enough and claustrophobic. There is no air conditioning. Workers start making noise at 7 am, though they finish at 8. Dust flies into holes. The balcony is only 0.5m2 and it is filled with scaffolding, it is impossible to get out.

  : Helpful and was able to arrange keys for easy pick up and handover. Please note: Keys are at a different location than the apartment. Be sure to note this and discuss the arrangements before hand for easy and less stress :-) Location is great. Ground floor. Quiet as it is facing to the courtyard.
