  : Location good - 10 minutes walk to transport hub, Receptionist very helpful, room lacks some expected facilities but adequate.
  : I do not think I have ever stayed in a budget room via booking.com that didn't have a TV. This room didn't. Also no aircon (better grade room apparently has both) In early July the room was quite hot (opening window not viable as has secondary double glazing to keep out tram noise) - so be aware when choosing your room grade.Otherwise the room was OK. Private parking access tight (I had a small car, if you have a big car be careful)

  : Great location near Náměstí Míru, easy access to public transportation. The room was pretty large with bathroom and hallway separated from the main bedroom, which is good for privacy when lodging with someone else. Staff was responsive and helpful. The air conditioning worked very well. Great bistros around the corner for breakfast. I recommend Marthy's Kitchen or Mezi Srnky. Get there before 10:00 to beat the rush.
  : It is common in Europe in older buildings, but the elevator goes between floors. One must always use stairs in addition to the elevator. Parking is a bit of a problem. Entering and exiting requires the assistance of the front desk personnel, who must enter a code to open the doors. The passage into the courtyard from the street is very narrow. Simply an average sedan must retract the side mirrors and drive very carefully through the stone passage with very little room on either side. It is also inconvenient to arrive with the car. One must find somewhere to park before going into the hotel and finding out where to go, as it is not obvious. Hotel staff are helpful, but they are only at the front desk for certain hours ending at 20:00. If you return with your car after that there is no one to open the gate. My room was on the top floor, which means part of the ceiling was angled downwards with windows in the ceiling. I am tall, and so standing up after getting out of the bed I had to crouch down to avoid hitting the angled ceiling with my head. There were shades on the windows, but not enough to completely block the light. Fortunately, the windows faced away from the rising morning sun. Unfortunately, the pigeons roost on the roof and make a very loud scratching noise, which is very alarming and wakes you up in the morning. There were only a few open outlets in the room. The shower is a typical European tub, which in Czech Republic means it is very narrow and raised up off the floor. The shower takes several minutes to heat up. There is no kettle in the room, no way to make coffee.
