  : The day staff was great, the cleaner was extremely good. And I gave several chocolate treats to. Never a day off work, bless the lady.Left earlier than expected due to personal reasons. Although gave two days payments to the cleaner and both the locker key and front door key deposits I also gave to the young cleaner.The lady's last words was I shall miss you, for which I took with a warm heartOwner Jovial also kept calling me Mr Johnson, I mentioned Boris was my cuisine lolWould love to return back, only if I would be welcomed
  : There was an element of bugs, though it's is quite common in Europe. Especially when you get people staying for one or two days.My regret was I didn't forwardly mention this , also the guy on all through the night I found repulsive. Extremely bad attitude to most regular Czech persons,. Although definitely people of colour (black).This guy needs to Go pronto, although only in my opinion.

  : Nothing. An indescribable mess, a rude staff, what's more, they stole from our work and came with the suggestion that we should NOT call the Police! I regret that I did NOT do it!!! The only good thing is that the location was well located, with access to means of transport that took us to the city or the old center. This is the only advantage of this accommodation unit, otherwise I would NOT recommend anyone to stay in such a mess and lack of cleanliness!!! I left with allergies and spots and skin problems after this remarkable stay!
  : Everything from the beds, the mess of the beds, the lack of a staff to clean everything in these bedrooms every day, it has nothing to do with the other tourists! The lack of hot water at certain landings, the lack of a tax document and when we repeatedly asked for such a document to justify the payment made directly at the reception, they asked us if the invoice issued by them was complete! Whenever we can make available the miracle act, with which we cannot make the settlement, we also have pictures of this dirty location where no one from the management is interested in fixing anything in the sense of a decent stay... On the second night of accommodation, a tourist from the same bedroom he stole our things and we noticed this theft at first sight, therefore we were deprived of a jacket with which we were dressing outside, in the open air, where the temperatures were 8-10 degrees at lunch, samd . We will definitely solve it soon with a claim for fair compensation because we did not agree to NOT call the Police, nor to spend the rest of our stay naked in the street. We regretfully remember the rudeness of some people at the reception who practically received various questions or situations from us (eg lack of hot water, theft from the bedroom, etc.). The most horrible experience ever lived in Prague, through this hostel!!!
