  : Rude aggressive night staff. I was playing our boat trip video on my phone in reception. Quietly drinking a beer from their fridge. Receptionist said if I didnt stop they would call the police !! Never book there again

  : Teodora at Reception was amazing! Superfriendly and very helpful. We stayed one night and the hotel suited us.

  : Old building, but recently renovated. Clean, near the centre of the city, good breakfast. Our room was in the back side of the hotel, so it was quiet.
  : The place for the breakfast. It was in the basement and it was very small.

  : The room was absolutely boiling with no fan u till the last night. The shower did not close so we had to hold the shower head to have a shower. We did tell the manager but it could not be fixed.

  : On arrival, the appearance of the lobby and the staff were lovely and very inviting and it was very clean. We checked in, went to our room and I pulled out costumes to hang to get rid of the creases then went for some food. Overall the room was a good size and clean. The location was great being around the corner from the metro station and having a mini market next door was ideal for snacks and drinks. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely use this hotel in the future despite the parts I didn’t like.
  : The first downside to the property of the bathroom. It was rather small and dated and the shower door kept sticking so needed a real good shove to open which scared my kids thinking they were trapped. The toilet was installed on an angle so made space even more awkward.The second downside was the facilities in the room. As a family staying in a triple room, you’d have thought that we would have had 3 chairs around the small table, but nope - we had two. The bedside lamps had broken switches with sharp plastic so I had to warn my kids not to tough for fear of electrocuting themselves. There was no air conditioning, just a small table top fan in the wardrobe which circulated the hot air. There was no fridge to keep snacks or drinks from getting hot or melting, and opening the windows made the heat in the room 10 times more unbearable! The third downside was the wardrobe. Only 6 hangers for a family of 3 on a 9 night stay. Thankfully I brought some of my own to hang my daughter’s costumes so just had to double up on clothing per hanger.Finally the beds. Rather hard mattresses so a little uncomfortable on my back, and we were only given one pillow per person.
