  : The room was very spacious.Beddings and towels were clean.There was a water boiler.
  : Shower was broken, the room condition was the worst I have seen in EU.At some point when a couch is that old and dirty, it's better to throw it away and just keep the space empty. It wasn't usable and looked terrible.No curtains and street light makes sleeping difficult if you're used to a dark room.When there are decades old carpets on the floor it is mandatory to clean them with proper products to reduce the smell. Despite the cold weather I had to keep the windows open to be able to breathe in the room.Of course, the manager is conveniently away on the weekend and reception girl can't help.When I told them about the broken shower on the second day of my stay, the girls at reception said they new about it but couldn't repair it.On the third day the manager called to say that I should've complained on my first day to get a reimbursement, because they didn't know about the problem. And the reception girl, (who the day before that knew about the problem) could tell this with a straight face. I had an important meeting on my first day and just didn't have time to request a usable shower, which, I expected, should be included in price. There's no hair dryer.I got a very small reimbursement for the broken shower and a possibility to use shower in another room, but I strongly prefer having a tiny, clean room with a working shower, and I think you can find many of those for a better price.

  : Staff was nice, came outside together & showed parking lot, later showed how to get to room.
  : A bit old hotel building, on photos everything looks better that it is, but it's not bad.

  : This hotel is well placed and comfortable to be inside. Rooms are well equipped, I appreciate a full bath for this type of place. The staff presents a welcoming attitude and is helpful. It was quiet at night. Overall, I felt I got a great value for the money paid.
  : Lack of a kettle in a room: one has to go to the reception and get it.

  : Our request for a separate bed for me and my brother could be fulfilled only in a huge family room but they were kind enough to give us that very big space with two queen beds. Besides that: 24/7 reception, clean room, nice staff, guarded parking space.
  : The radiator in the big room wasn't working but we had very warm October days so we didn't even had to deal with that, they maybe could have fixed it quickly if we had ever let them know. Although -during a breakfast- fellow Hungarians from an other floor said they didn't had hot water which could mean it is a bigger problem in the building.

  : good location, room wide is well, there are wardrobe, table, tv, fridge, towels, bath materials.
  : Bed is not comfortable. The bath water system was problematic, it was either too cold or too hot.
