  : Couldnt operate the safe as instructions were not clear. Some light fixtures didnt work. Ledge around the bed was very irritating.

  : I got the letter and directions and the person hadning the keys was very polite and friendly and helped us a lot
  : The only thing which was not working is heating. I have tried to disable heating and one of the rooms (on the road side) was still working even when I turned it off. They should check this up.

  : Great convenient location.
  : Its advertised with a fully fitted kitchen however we struggled to make a simple pasta dish. The apartment is lacking basic items like a colander or frying pan. Its got a dishwasher however the dishes came out more dirty then before and had to be washed again (by hand). The kitchen is clearly not meant to be used for cooking, just for storing drinks in the fridge and making tea/coffee.The flat has a washing machine (yay!) but it was very noisy and vibrating a lot, so much that we were worried the neighbours come to complain.We also had problems with the water - some brown water in the shower and no water at all for about 60 minutes when we were getting ready to check out.The flat is advertised with a safe for storing valuables but no instructions on how to use it. I called reception for help who were going to send me details however that never happened.

  : The apartment was well appointed and comfortable. The location was very central and close to the old town. There was a shopping mall nearby which made getting food and other requirements very easy.
  : Very minor quibbles but the TV was oddly positioned and there was no light in the kitchen area which made things interesting.

  : Located in area close to Old Town and easy trams for transport. Walk to old town and Charles Bridge. The castle not far by 26 tram then walk through gardens to castle. Walk on the way back as down hill all the way, you arrive back to trams and subway.
  : The address is not really helpful to locate by uber. Having to go to one place and pick up key then walk 10 minutes with heavy bags to finally find the apartment is quite exhaustive. The washing machine needs instructions as all we could get was wet clothes that needed further rinsing. The small kettle .....well it works but the button is a hassle and if you're like me then it needs a good wash inside.....but guess what you can't put your hand inside to clean it small matters but very frustrating.

  : Frankly, it was kind of ugly apartment because of the color(there was purple everywhere) however, I enormously enjoyed this flat. Very comfortable, very hygienic, many of drawers, nice large sofa and the kitchen stuffs. Id highly recommend here!
  : The bed was high that I felt like climbing every time when I got on the bed. Also the hair dryer was extremely old.
