  : Everything was perfect about the suite, with TV in both living room and bedroom, and heaters in every room and even in washroom . The only draw back was a bad internet , we were in second floor may be thats why

  : The bathroom is nice and big and so is the room. The location is perfect.

  : It's very convenient because it's next to the Charles bridge. And it's very spacious inside and it's not cold because of the radiator. The room was quite clean. It also feels quite similar to what I saw in the picture. If you are curious about the real feeling, please refer to the Google Map review.
  : It says business hours at the reception are from 9 to 6, but I haven't seen any staff at the desk except at check-in. I arrived at 11 o'clock and tried to leave my luggage, but there was no staff, so the staff at the cafe on the first floor helped me. The female staff who helped me check-in seemed to be the manager of the hotel, but it was the staff at the cafe on the first floor who helped me decisively. And she was not really friendly. I asked them to take out my previous luggage, but I was ignored and took it myself. And there's no lift and the stairs are very steep and many, so I don't recommend anyone with luggage or age.When asked if there is a lift, she just says that there isn't one without looking at me and doesn't even try to help. Also, I didn't see the word providing cleaning on the reservation, but there was no cleaning sign in the room I stayed in, so I didn't get cleaning while I was staying in that room (the other room had a sign hanging on the door hook and of course, there was no one at the desk, so I couldn't even ask again.). When I left Prague and went to find my luggage again, I just left my luggage because no one was there. But no one cared, so I was worried about security. Lastly, the sound insulation is quite bad, so you can hear the noise of the cafe on the first floor until 12 p.m., so please refer to it.
