  : Spacious and clean room, nice bathroom, strong AC, ice machines on every floor, guest laundry, cold room fridge
  : Lobby rugs are all pulling up and loose, old furniture from what must have been the 80s. I should have immediately turned around, but I decided to give the benefit of the doubt. Pool was down for maintenance, sewage smell in the hall...assuming related problem. No attempt to offer discount/other. Charge for everything with a real nickle and dime feel. Pay for wifi ($5), the free wifi is super slow and we could only connect one device per room. $3.50 for bottles of water in room, not complimentary. $15 breakfast, the restaurant wasn't operating during our stay. There is a Dunkins across the street but nothing for miles other than Foxwoods. They have a small convenience store/room with items to buy.If we knew about these issues we would have booked elsewhere. The room was nice but we went there mainly for the pool, which was a fail. I understand this stiff happens, but you at least comp the stay, or offer a voucher for a discounted future stay or comp stay. I did mention the issues to the front desk and got a half-hearted "sorry".We chose to upgrade hotels (so we thought) from Comfort Inn down the road. We should have stayed there...pool hours were better (midnight and working vs 10pm at Hilton and broken), free breakfast (with eggs, sausage, and belgian waffles) vs. None at Hilton, free wifi for unlimited devices, better directTV service with 700+ channels (Hilton only had very basic without a "guide" button, you had to watch channel 2 slowly scroll through an automated guide), and a sauna/jacuzzi for a lot less money. For a Hilton this was a suprising failure, especially compared to a budget hotel in the area.

  : My daughter and I came down for a dance competition at Foxwoods and stayed here for the night since she danced first thing in the morning. The location was perfect, it was easy to find and the staff was friendly. They had an issue with a guest flooding their room above the pool area so the pool was unfortunately closed but we had the option of using the pool at 2 other locations which I thought was great. We ended up just enjoying the hot tub.

  : The was a noise ordinance from 10pm to 7 am and the people above us played loud music and banged over our heads until 9am the next morning. Also we could hear the TV of our neighbors blaring through the bathroom vent. When we complained the staff said because we booked through Booking.com.

  : Our bathroom sink was clogged and when we wanted it fixed the person at the front desk told us we would have to move rooms...then we got there and the refrigerator was not working

  : First impressions. Woman at desk was distracted by a wedding party's kids running all over the place, wreaking havoc. She shouldn't have had to deal with that, but pay attention to us at that moment. I understand, but you gotta hold their parents responsible. Bed Sheets were clean and freshly starched? Or at least smelled like it. Bathroom very clean except for the exhaust vent which looked a little moldy. Breakfast was great. Had ala carte. Waitress very nice and helpful.
  : See above about br exhaust vent. Also, $3.50 for a bottle of water, really? I drink faucet water anyway. Children at wedding should've been supervised by a family member. You should insist on that when people are booking such an event so as not to affect other guests. I know this is difficult!
