  : Hotel Neptune has a good location at the entrance of Propiano, parking is available behind hotel (watch out: small spaces). Friendly receptionist who speaks English. Very clean impression and quiet during the night. Mechanical shutters ensure a dark room and keep the sun out. Mini fridge in room. Beach, supermarket(s), restaurants/bars in the center of Propiano at walking distance. Good bakery with tables in- and outside offering fresh croissants, coffee and other products at 150 meters in the direction of Cipiniellu.
  : When we checked-in we heard that the receptionist asked the cleaning person something about the shower in the room we did not exactly understand the conversation. But that evening we found out that the shower in our room did not drain and overflowed with brown slurry already after a short shower. When we complained about this rather disgusting experience the only solution offered was to use the shower of the SPA in the basement because the hotel was fully booked. When we did not accept this we have been offered to move to another hotel, at 20:00 and at the moment we already fully unpacked and were about to enjoy dinner in town? No, thank you! The attitude of the manager It is not my fault! (is it the fault of the guest?) and it was fixed this morning resulted in a phone call with Booking. They agreed with us that the situation was unacceptable and solved the problem for us. Our room was from another century and not specially welcoming. We also noticed later that the double bed in our room was actually advertised for 180 cm although it was only 160 cm wide, furthermore the internet was extremely slow. No, unfortunately Hotel Neptune did not fulfill our expectations of a normal 3-Star hotel and we will not book here again.
