  : The property is located on a hilltop and a view of the valley during a sunset is breathtaking. Everything looks new. There is air conditioning that is able to cool down the whole unit. Wifi is fast. The unit is facing a vineyard. There is a private outside area. There is enough space for the whole family, there are also 2 bathrooms. Maribor and Ptuj are nearby for some sightseeing. You can order breakfast that was Euro 7 per person and was worth it. You need to order breakfast a day before. A bottle of local wine was provided upon arrival.
  : No hand soap provided. Cash only! It is not a problem paying cash if you are expecting it but the conditions on Booking say "Pay at the property" but it does not specify that it is by cash only. Actually, the confirmation e-mail in section Payment states "Cash is not accepted". Go figure!

  : - the biggest advantage is the view from both sides- spacious apartment (ground floor and upper floor)
  : - cleanliness could be much better, lot of spiders and webs- dogs are allowed but for additional charge 9/per night which is quite high- do not offer lots of privacy (we were in the middle apartment so we had neighbours on both sides)

  : Wonderful place with excellent view, delicious breakfasts. We really enjoyed our stay here.
  : First of all, there was a very strong smell of sewage on the second floor, and after the rain it smelled on the first floor as well. As far as I understand from the feedbacks, this problem is not new and the host knows about it. Please, do something about it, because it ruins all the wonderful impression we got from everything else. Also it would be great to add some soap to wash hands in the restrooms, because I think not all the tourists travel with soap.
