  : The chalet is located in a beautiful green orchard whit apple, plum and pear trees. It is a nice and quiet location on a sloppy hill with green grass. The pool was clean and perfect to cool down. The owners were helpful and discreet during our stay. We stayed 7 nights, the towels were changed every two days and the bed sheets on our fourth day. Wood and full utensils set for the barbecue were provided. The kitchenette had everything you need for food preparation. The towels and bed sheets were clean and smelling nice. The water pressure and temperature were perfect and consistent. The wi-fi was also reliable and decent speed. The big TV and sound system was a plus. We requested and received an invoice for the service and we paid by bank transfer. We paid exactly the amount expected, no hidden costs.
  : The sleeping area was crammed. I knew from the pictures that the space was small but in reality was very, very tiny. Not a deal breaker but worth mentioning, especially if you are a big person (I'm 1.92m tall). The floors were really noisy, squeaking on each step, impossible to walk quietly especially when someone is sleeping. The whole chalet, front terrace and pool area are decorated with natural wood which was not really well maintained. In my opinion the whole place needs a makeover. The pool furniture was in really bad shape, an upgrade would be needed. The kitchenette area and the Livingroom were not thoroughly cleaned (in contrast with the bedrooms which were OK).

  : The location is nice, you're at the back of an apple and pair orchard however the main view from the house to the hills is obstructed by another property and the photos do not reflect this. It's fairly quiet: we had neighbours listening to etno music and playing ping pong while there was daylight.
  : Although it is an A frame do not expect it to be the typical A frame, cozy place that you usually encounter in the mountains. This looks like it has been built together by a couple of friends that never had anything to do with construction work. They printed a photo from the web and assembled something. Nothing's straight and water has sipped in through the walls. Every possible piece of furniture and appliance is the cheapest you can find. There is a significant difference in temperature between the bottom floor and the top bedrooms, an issue that could have been sorted with a fan stuck to the ceiling (cheapest possible solution with the cheapest possible fan). That still wouldn't be something necessarily negative however the cleanliness is a disaster. We had hair everywhere from the previous hosts and you could just tell that everything was done in a hurry. An hour after our arrival an old lady came and was standing on the porch waiting for us to pay up, cash. The owner kept calling to ask if we paid. Not exactly a stellar experience as most properties just retrieve the money through Booking or at the very least you get to pay after your stay. If you want it the Austrian way, at least deliver to Austrian standards. I think the old lady does the cleaning as well. We booked for 2 nights but left after one as there was a hornets' nest next to the property and when we started a barbecue outside it was just impossible to enjoy. They got aggressive, were pretty big and one of them got stuck in my wife's hair. We had a newborn with us so we didn't risk it. A few got into the house and I managed to kill 3.

  : We liked the place it was quite and nice, surrounded by apple trees, it gave us a good place for us as a family to join together. The host was very friendly, and answered fast.
  : A little bit water not draining in the shower room.
