  : Very accommodating staff and they tried their best to make your stay comfortable. Great breakfast & cute cat hanging around during breakfast time. Clean rooms and my friend actually had stayed in this hotel 10 years ago, he said it was totally renovated and much much better, with same great friendly staff & Mr Leonidas :)

  : Not too much to like about this one. Unfortunately we've ordered a room in a base floor. Hotel has a good score, therefore we were quite calm about our choice.
  : We were looking for a hotel room to stay for one night on our way to Heraklion. This hotel seemed like a good choice because of it's score, but: At arrival to the room, we felt like it was all sprayed over with toilet refreshener. My guess was that they were hiding a bad smell of a room itself - I was right, room had a bad scent. One of the first things we look for at the hotel is cleanliness. We weren't too happy about it ij this one. Room is really close to breakfast area, so if you want some rest, you will be waken up by people shouting out their orders :D, zero noise isolation. Breakfast is far far away from superior, just go to a nearby restaurant to have one. No parking places for this hotel, you will need to park somewhere on the surrounding streets. I really hope this is only our experience and people staying in other rooms are enjoying this 9ish rating of the hotel.

  : + SERVICE: this is a family hotel, and I was travelling with my daughter, and we felt just like home. Whatever you need, Olga will help you get it. Last day, we were leaving before breakfast, so the evening before I found EVERYTHING I usually ordered (they remembered it!) in our room, ready for the morning. Also when they found out I was travelling alone, they upgraded the room category so that I would have a bit more space. + POOL: their pool is something special - they have the green grass around, wooden and safe ceramics right near the pool. Even though the hotel is surrounded by the buldings, pool always has sun during the whole day, and it is ver peaceful and quiet, and you feel like in a little paradise + BREAKFAST: 4 out of 5. not a very big choice (especially because of corona), but there was always fresh orange juice, great local fruits, some egg versions + LOCATION: 5 minutes walk to the paid beaches (you can still use it for free if you don't use the unbrellas etc) and 10 minutes to the completely free beach clean
  : - LOCATION was 20 minutes walk from the old city and almost any decent food. 95% of the restaurants in this area are first line, so they are very touristic. But there is a couple of nice bakeries and food shops, plus it is impossible to spoil the Greek salad. - BREAKFAST: because of corona everything was served by the staff, and the "hot" dishes were not that hot anymore - CLEANLINESS: I am not sure that our sheets were changed regularly, I think they just made the bed and that was it.

  : Great staff - always smiling and helpful Clean & nice rooms. We had upgraded room, free of charge Great location, close to the beach,shop, 5 minutes to the old town
  : the pool is located in the basin, if you want to sunbathe by the pool then only in the second half of the day. however, this is not a problem.

  : Grandma and grandpa from the hotel were very friendly, kind and helpful. Loved them so much! The hotel is next to the beach, but is quiet and cozy. The rooms are modern and comfortable, and have everything by you need. The price is good and really worth it. I really liked my staying there.
  : Only the breakfast could be more diversified

  : The location, the staff were very good. The room was super comfy and we appreciated the balcony with a view on the pool. The beach was about a one minute walk
  : The breakfast was nothing special but it was still pleasant to eat outdoors in the mornings.
