  : This was a one night stopover and so glad we did. The hotel and village is set in the mountains. Lovely views. Hotel inside was just as we imagined. Very Austrian, Very clean. Friendly staff. Food in their restaurant was excellent. A lot of local people using it , which is always a good sign. Service was fast and efficient. We ordered a bottle of wine and sat watching the deer in the fields and the sun go down. The bathroom was of high quality and cleanliness. Parking was easy and available. Went a walk around the lovely village. Will defiantly go back.
  : Being typical British there was no tea or coffee facilities within the room and no fan or air con. We hit the area in a heatwave though. Only minor things but wouldn't stop any visit again.

Disappointing

  : The staff were friendly. No need to pay extra for the parking since there were free parking spaces in front of the hotel. The bed sheets were clean.
  : The shower was all see through!! Usually when its the case, the glass is mat or maybe a little curtain is around it, but theirs was made of complete glass so not very convinient if you are traveling with friends or family. The location was disappointing, since the nearest route to the center was by S-bahn, which was 15 minutes walk in the middle of very quiet commercial area outside the city. The room came with a very oudated bathroom.

  : The price-performance ratio is very good, the hotel is in a good location where you can reach Neuschwanstein Castle within 30 minutes. The room was very clean. The breakfast tasted good. There was enough parking space
  : The shower cubicle doors cannot be closed completely, so there is a lot of water on the floor after showering. The hairdryer is broken and should be replaced with a new one, otherwise there is great danger. We were particularly dissatisfied with the breakfast service. The lady who was responsible for breakfast was unfortunately very unfriendly and overwhelmed. When we chose a table for breakfast and sat down, she asked us to take another table. According to her feedback, the table was supposed to be reserved even though there were no signs on the table. And after asking, she obviously had no idea whether the table was actually reserved and, if so, from when. "I don't know exactly," was the answer. But why did we then have to change places? I can not understand. And after we left the restaurant after breakfast, the table was still free. That means it wasn't reserved, at least not for the period we were there.
