  : The neighbors were very quiet and it was a serene location. The kitchen has most items needed but lacked some essentials such as wine glasses.
  : The property was not sufficiently cleaned upon arrival and I had to call property management company to complain. The coffee pot was not emptied and the furniture was not dusted or cleaned underneath (lots of dust and pet hair). Needless to say this was not cleaned up to COVID standards! I had to contact the property several times to request more hot tub cleaner; only 1 hot tub towel was provided for 4 guests, and the sheets on the queen bed did not fit and kept popping up during the night. In addition Booking.com states firewood for 1 fire is provided but the property management company stated they would not provide any firewood.
