  : Absolutely nothing.
  : On our way to this location we were informed that the room we booked was now unavailable and we had to be forced into a room that was entirely too small for my family which includes 4 small children. We asked for some type of accommodation and the staff was incredibly rude and chose not to try to help at all. They tried to offer us a second room and they would take the tax off. The tax was less than $20…that was completely unfair to us. We booked this room because it’s two adults and 4 kids. We cannot have our small children in a room alone. The staff did not want to accommodate us. We asked to speak with the manager several times. The lady at the front desk said she would give her manager (who was off) our number and she’ll call shortly. We waited forever and she never called. We eventually had to find another hotel since they royally screwed up our night. We traveled hours to get to this location and we needed rest severely. Extended stay America was a total loss for us and we will never send a recommendation there nor never book with them again. I would highly recommend no one coming. Their website is misleading and says that there is 1 room left…when they is in fact none. Horrible. Such a nightmare.

  : LEAVING !!!!!This is another HOMELESS SHELTER in Rockville Maryland, that wants to PRETEND it is a HOTEL for unsuspecting tourists.
  : Large Bags of trash in hallways, smelling up the corridors, after my third trip from the car up to my room, because no baggage carts. I grabbed the smelly bags and put them near the elevators. I know that when I checked in a woman was complaining to the clerk of the trash bags and the smell, a good 30 minutes later I at least got the big trash bags next to my door away from it. Homeless behavior what else can I describe, horrible if you are a paid guest, and you feel that all you can do is stay in your room until you can figure out what to do, Had changed hotels from what was supposed to be a very respectful highly reputable Red Roof Inn + about 2 miles away, for the same reason only 10x worse. Made reservations to this hotel only to find myself in basically the same situation, after about 15 minutes in the room, had to open the windows for my son would not have a asthma attack because of the smell so after talking with him we decided to call American Airlines to try to get seats on the next days flight home and leave our trip one day early. The airline obliged the request, but my son did not get to see everything we came to do, This was his graduation trip, Washington DC sightseeing, had a scheduled college advisory meeting for him, 3 apartment tours, and a major job interview for me at NIH. Well sorry, Maryland we will not be moving there.

  : We liked the room and staff.
  : We didn't like the constant noise, cocarouches, lack of amenities, fire alarm in the middle of the night, and not being compensated for the night and day after. Breakfast that was offered: watered-down coffee, granola bar, one muffin, bag of instant oatmeal package with hot water to prepare it!.. No milk, juice, fresh fruits, bagels, bread or butter, or even a package of cereal!!...
