  : Taxi service from the airport was wonderful and would highly recommend it. Rooms, AC, appliances, all worked. Grocery shopping, restaurants all nearby. Main sites within walking distance; taxi stand across the street; coffee/bakery right downstairs. Any issues we had were immediately addressed by the Rome Accommodations team. Having the balcony is a definite bonus. Plenty of room, bedrooms, bathrooms. We were two couples and three individuals - each with their own bedrooms. We would rent again.
  : Would have liked to have coffee machine in the unit for that first cup of coffee! otherwise, trip downstairs to the bakery to get coffee/espressos solved the problem. Noise level at night can be great, especially on weekends, if you leave the window open. Bring earplugs, which we did..

  : The house is very spacious. It is near the food street market, the supermarket and the bakeries and restaurants. It is super central. The house was clean and the comunication with the host was perfect. The beds were confortable, the linen was very good and when we arrived the house had already some basic consumables as well as a Pandoro and champagne on the table. Super nice.
  : The street is super noisy, but i think it was the price of the super location. All the rest was very good.

  : the amount of space for a family of 10, the A/C in the bedrooms and the location. The children s bedroom was perfect with the bunk bed and all the toys. the apartment was steps from wonderful restaurants and shopping and the beautiful Piazza Navona.
  : no hand soap in any of the 5 bedrooms which we had to purchase ourselves and leave behind. There was also no laundry detergent and no dishwasher detergent.

  : It was not the apartment expected. One bedroom was an annex. The toilet seat in the bathroom was not fixed on both sides and swivelled around. Most unacceptable. My husband in a wheelchair had to be carried up one flight of stairs and then down another. Lift was only partial but I had expressed the need for an elevator. Bathtub non-existent though one of our party relies on a cold bath due to fibromyalgia. It was simply not the apartment we were led to believe we would have. Location great, attention to detail in the apartment very poor. Stove difficult to operate. Feel a rebate would be appropriate. False advertising. Husband had to stay most of the time in the apartment due to inaccessibility for the physically challenged.

  : The location and staff were exceptional. We had one person in our group that needed medical attention and the staff were diligent in seeking the medical attention we needed - even having a provider come to us at the apartment on a Sunday.
  : It wasnt what we expected based on the pictures and layout we had seen. There are 5 bedrooms but two of the rooms were adjoined with no privacy. It was manageable just an inconvenience.
