  : Beautiful accommodation in green area nearby Rome. You get a fully equipped apartment with airconditioning and every morning supplies for breakfast. The garden is exceptionel with a great pool. Perfect to combine with a visit to the busy city of Rome.
  : Note that you will need a (rental) car. For us this was not a problem at all.

  : After two weeks in Italy we picked this location at the end of our trip to be close to the airport and to get out of the city (Rome) to unwind a bit. This is an older well kept hotel / restaurant (only used for events / private parties). Up on a hill with good views and nice grounds (flowers, concrete pond with turtles / fish), outdoor pool, olive trees abound. Very private gated estate with good parking on grounds. We had an apartment with kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave), this unit was 2BR and two bathrooms (nice), wifi was good (free), no noise at night (peaceful). Easy 15 minute drive to airport removed any traffic worries as we ended our vacation
  : A on-site restaurant would of been nice but not a big deal. Host pointed us to a local restaurant (10 min away) where we had a nice meal, we cooked our own meal in the well provisioned apartment the last night.

  : The pictures on booking.com are not the condition of the place now. We arrived late and had a hard time finding the room. Seems it is now being used as a boarding house for workers. We left a day early as not happy with the situation.
  : It is more of a boarding house than a vacation spot.

  : The tenant was wonderfully helpful and kind, doing his very best (and more) to help us coping with all our needs (in french il se "met en quatre", litterally). location in between Fiumincino airport en Roma assures quitness, fresh air, green view and silence compared to city's usual furnace and brouhaha, very appreciated. Bus stop (line 701) at the door of the property brings you to Ponte galeria FS Station in 10 mn (despite all usual prejugs, buses are in time, complying with schedule; the regional train brings you to Romas'center (Trastevere or Ostiense) in 20 mn, for 1,5O euro by person door to door ! No need for car rental (car is interresting around the city but absolutely awful in Roma !)
  : the swimming pool was unfortunately out of use at the time of our stay, at the end of the summer 's season

  : Nice place with a location whic was brilliant for me (to visit my office in the most southern part of Rome on daily base). Welcoming staff, especionally the owner Renato who is amazingly friendly and ready to help.
  : Please note that it is far away from the city center. 30-45 minutes drive depends on traffic. Also note that it is not a hotel, but rather an apartment on the countryside. The apartments are well equipped, but if something is critical to you - I recommend to check with the owner in advance
