  : Nothing, poor communication, I texted them I arriving late and would therecommend be a measure like instruction, no reply. I emailed saying that I am arriving late no reply, I reached late so one of the guest kindly opened the door as I kept ringing this is B&B not home stay and she told me that the key will be in the room, I texted the owner to tell him that the whole thing is upsetting and that I will check out at 12:00 instead of 11 I was surprised by a knock on door and a manwho doesn't speak English but only Italian ask me to speak on the phone. Alessandro was saying what are you doing in Tyne property? I said I paid and I am charged He said yes I charged you and I cancel it , I replied it wasn't canceled He then asked you came late it is cancled
  : See above I was threatened and evicted by simply asking to leave late as flight delayed. I arrived 4:30 am and the checkout was 11:00 I have never experienced such redness in my life and I officially complained The whole scenario I'd do distressing for me. He behalved ike uncivilisedan not a host, I just can't imagine a host will treat a lady like that. It is so appalling and I made an official complaint. I don't feel safe in Rome

  : unbelievable how impolite and rude a host can be from the first moment you arrive at his place - such communication we never experienced. The best compliments to an older man who is coming to you the next day to answer all the questions and solve all the problems. In general, the room is very standard with all equipment you expect to be in the room - just strange that you can find a kettle and cups but you won't find a spoon, fork, or knife. If you make a reservation with the breakfast, so be noted that breakfast - only a cup of coffee and croissant - you won't get anything similar as you get when you make a " Bed & Breakfast" reservation.

  : The location was a walking distance from Stadio Olimpico and all main landmarks. The room had everything you might need for a short visit - a minifridge, a kettle, a hairdryer. The room and the ensuite bathroom were clean.
  : The barhroom.was very small but overall, an incredible value for the money. Would stay again!

  : Air condition on the other room was purposely suspended (coming from the owner's mouth) as I was only paying for the room not the whole apartment!!!Air condition leaked!Owner's attitude was very rude!!!Communication is very bad!!!Breakfast for a croissant(the cafe owner will choose it for you as choices are very limited) and a coffee nit worth walking as it's a 10-15 minutes from the property.I should have taken much consideration of the bad comments from previous customers before booking it!!!!

  : The property is close to transport links and about 20/25 min walk from the Vatican.
  : Alessandro, the host. He was, by far, the worst host I have ever encountered. Rude, confrontational and extremely misogynistic. Fair warning to girls travelling alone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.The check-in times reported on Bookings are incorrect. It says its possible to check in from 9am so we arrived at 10am, called the number provided and a lady responded saying she could not check us in as it would have to be Alessandro. I ask her to give me his number. I call him and he replies saying he will come at 11am, adding he needs time for a coffee first.After 1h waiting he fails to show up so I call him back and he doesnt reply (twice). He shows up 15 min later and arrived with a rude, crossed attitude. He says you can check in early if the room is empty form the night before to which I respond that he has failed to provide that information and he has waisted our morning.He checks us in while putting up an intimidating attitude these are my rules, you can go somewhere else if you dont like it. The room at 11am is still dirty. So after the check-in we have to wait 1 more hour for the cleaning to take place. He says he doesnt even know exactly when the clean will happen. We end up being able to enter the room at 12pm.The room has been superficially cleaned, the mini fridge doesnt work, there are only 2 used rolls of toilet paper, half used bottle of soap and there are no slippers (when it clearly says there are complimentary slippers in the room).Alessandros failure to inform his guests of the actual check in rules, the rude and violent attitude he presented himself with and the 2 hours wait afterour arrival, ruined our initial experience in Rome.Also he added 3.50 euros for each person on the overall price when there was no record of any additional fees. He is a terrible host. His facilities are not worth 88 euros per night and he should not be allowed to be on bookings.

  : They just let us use the air conditioner of one of the rooms for a two rooms apartment, which was not enough for a 39 degrees summer.

  : The neighborhood is really quiet and very close to Vatican city. Close to the metro station and bus top. No noise from outside. AC worked fine.
  : The shower drainage was full of hair, which I had to clean. The kettle was dirty with limescale.

  : Very calm, safe and great location, near Vatican, everything else is reachable by subway. The room was very clean, the host is great and very kind person. Breakfast is in nearby cafe by vouchers provided by the host (need to go 150 mt to grab your croissant and coffee).The property has an elevator which is great when you have luggages.PS: shampoo and shower gel is not provided by the property.

  : Desk and chair; + fridge; + quiet, rear facing room, so not a problem sleeping with the window wide open; + great Wi-Fi.
  : They don't make it clear that contacting the property prior to arrival is mandatory, since there is no reception, wasting people's time; - low sink water pressure; - although the place was not dirty, it wasn't exactly spotless either. But the main reasons for my low ratings are: - the toilet bowl was not bolted to the ground; it was tilting freely left and right; very unpleasant; - the shower drain was almost completely blocked, making it almost impossible to take a shower; not sure how they can clean a room and not notice that.
