  : The location is great, 5 min away from the subway and the San Giovanni in Laterano church and Pompi.I received a room upgrade and judging by the pictures, the room I stayed in was more comfortable and bigger.In regards to the room, loved the shower and the bathroom, the bed was super comfortable. The room is spacious and even though in a very central area, was peaceful and quiet.There are many shops, bars and places to eat and the staff was nice enough to provide some recommendations.The staff is very nice, friendly, flexible and helpful. It is definitely a place I will come back and recommend.
  : I would have appreciated to know beforehand of the room change and not when I got to the original building ( the new room was slightly further). The new room was in a building where the elevator worked only by key and because I did self check in, I had to carry my bag up the stairs for 2 levels.Regarding the room/ house, I got woken up 2 times late at night by people coming back and closing the main door. My room was at the far back and still the noise was very loud. Not sure if anything can be done in regards.

  : All good. The host made a positive difference. 10 min from termini or Colosseum by bus which is better option compared to metro. Metro is also 1 min walk.

  : the location was good and included all facilities. The B&B is quite closed to Roma Termini and to Colosseo area. The room was a little bit small for 4 people but it was comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the staff really gentle and helpful.

  : Very pleasant hotel. The rooms are clean and air-conditioned, and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast is copious. It's in a great location, close to the metro and within easy reach of must-see sites.

  : :( these apartments ruined the mood of our trip to Rome! having traveled all over Italy, these are the only apartments and staff without knowledge of the English language (even elementary!) and without the ability to pay by card, I had to exchange $ with the tourist commission in Rome exchange offices. a complete disappointment, because in 2023 not knowing elementary words for international guests and not having card payment is the bottom of service in a city like Rome!!!
