: Excellent location and friendly staff, even if she late 15 min.
: Toilet miserable with mold in shower and the tao hanging at the basin. Only one half toilet paper, probably used in a previous stay. Kitchen stacked with opened bags of coffee and sugar (probably off), couple glasses and cups, but not even a sponge to clean it. No breakfast provided. No slippers. In the bedroom boxes and bags thrown randomly in corners and at the top of the door. Single duvets in the double bed. Overall

: Location is in Center and with close proximity to the train station Termini and other attractions. Decoration is nice if you are into Boho. Owner is helpful.
: Lacks refinement for a great experience in Rome. The bedroom Aircondition needs an open window for its exhaust pipe to work, which in essence never cools off completely. At some point it stopped cooling completely and the owner offered to service the unit but we declined. Not sufficient toiletries for a pack of 3 and lack of welcoming packs. To be fair though, maybe of covid, brand hotels in Italy which we also stayed, do not offer bottles of water! Room is smaller than expected.

: Staff and people who met us there were absolutely fantastic. Great help and always willing to go above and beyond. Location is great for the Colosseum and just a 15 min walk to the trevi fountain. Great restaurants and bars around the apartment
: The apartment itself is not in the condition in the pictures it's very tired looking. Worst of all was the shower. Missing more than a dozen mosaic style tiles in the shower base we hand to wear flip flops as not to cut our feet. The actual shower it's self had a mind of its own hot and cold, no pressure at all. Just not up to standard or what I would expect. The apparment is more of a 1 bed flat with a double bed in the living area not a 2 bedroom I'm not sure if this is common in Rome as this was our first stay, we were a party of 5 and there wasn't really enough room despite booking dot.com advising it would suit 5. Ideal for 4 adults or a family of 4. The walls are badly worn and marked from previous stays. A lick of paint would make it look a million dollars.
