  : Meet and greet plus traveller tips was good.
  : The advertisement as a luxury two bedroom appartment is false and misleading. The appartment is very narrow with one main bedroom that has a double bed and then another double bed up on a suspended floor where you climb a steep stairs to reach and crawl into the bed. The other “bedroom” is a tiny kitchen with an armchair (not sofa) bed stuck between the window and refrigerator. The bathroom is tiny with a 1/4 bath. Not suited to families which we were. The air con consists of a HiSense cheap aircon unit on the wall of the main bedroom and it is useless. There is no aircon at all in the remainder of the appartment. It therefore feels like a sauna even with the aircon on full blast at 16degC. It was the worst night of our stay in Italy. 3 star hotels nearby have aircon, cost less and are far superior. This is why the appartment is advertised as non-refundable. We had to leave the place the next morning. We asked the host to see if there was alternative accommodation but they were slow to respond hence we booked into a hotel for the next two nights. We have not been offered a refund despite the false advertising. We ended up paying 200euro per night. We should be refunded 400euro for the two nights we didn’t stay and they keep the other 200euro for the sleepless night we did stay (took two cold showers during the night to cool down!). NEVER STAY HERE!

  : Location is great, in the walking distance from almost everything you need to see in Rome. There is a door man in building all the time but he speaks only Italian, great food and coffee places very close to the apartment. It's clean and very nice designed. Bathroom is small with very very small bath but it's clean and cute :)

  : The apartment is very compact. The bath is tiny & not enough hot water to shower. Some of the pillows have short 1cm hairs stuck on them. I asked for 2 double bed & 1 single bed but I got just 2 double beds

  : It was a good stay at this clean and comfortable apt. Giorgia was there after midnight for my late check-in due to a late night arrival. However I paid an extra of 50Euros for this late check-in, she was very friendly and offers all the informations for tourist visits and close shops even at that time. Appreciated the midweek clean up offered by Laura.The location is very good and close to all monuments that you can easily reach by walk.
  : The mobile 1person sofa bed is not comfortable even for a young light child. I would suggest to set a microwave oven for a quick hot meal.

  : Great apartment in a very convenient location for visiting everything. Comfortable big double beds. Well equipped.
  : We had to call when we arrived as did not get a response to our emails about arrival time but host arrived in 15 minutes. Shower was quite poor as cramped short bath tub and low water pressure.
