  : Great quieter location, only a short walk to Termini station, Trevi fountain, and Spanish steps. Quiet room with great aircon. We had access to a fridge and tea/instant coffee supplied. Room was big and nicely decorated with a street view.
  : It was all great, a small downside however is the plumbing. The shower took at least 5 minutes to heat up, the bathroom sink was clogged and drained really slowly, and the toilet can only flush once then takes a long time to refill. Those issues aside, it was one of the more affordable options in that area, and I would stay again.

  : Clean, good location
  : Very noisy, people banging on things upstairs from 4am, old key, bathroom and room not together, very troublesome to lock and open the door, and very noisy, and scolded by other tenants for locking the door. All in all a very bad experience! No lift and no front desk.

  : You hear every single movement in the shared corridor. When people come home late be prepared to be woken up by talking, walking and keys in key holes.

  : The room was very clean with great air conditioning. Location was perfect. I've stayed elsewhere and the cooling was not adequate.

  : -It's in the town center.-Attractions, restaurants and cafs are walking distance. -It's a place to stay in between touring the area so don't count on having a luxurious stay given the location and the price. -The hostess is available and has arranged our transportation from the airport. She was so kind and advised us on many places to go to enjoy our limited time in Rome.
  : -We had the room with the external bathroom because it was the last one available. It was not very convenient to walk out of the room across many other rooms to get to the toilet but it was not a deal breaker given the amazing location. -The streets the room oversees are very loud and noisy ALL THE TIME. -Breakfast is not available but there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

  : We were in the Chinese room (wont comment on the names but note all the other rooms were named after colours) which was tiny. Could only open one suitcase at a time in there. Bathroom was great, just annoying to get to as its all the way across the hall (separate to room). Great location, clean and comfy. Never saw a single staff member but bed was always made up for us. AC was very powerful which was amazing as it was very hot in Rome. Keys are old fashioned and a take a bit to get used to but kinda fun to use.
  : Tiny room for expensive price.
