  : The cleanliness of the hotel, a quiet and cozy place, proximity to shops and public transport
  : There are no obstacles to the hotel, but there is a lot of garbage in the adjacent residential areas

  : It was tucked away in a quiet area, very clean, located close to a train station. Staff were amazing also
  : It was a bit of a walk to the nearest station, especially in the heat. Wifi was not good

  : I liked the fact that this property was quiet despite being close enough to the centre of Roma.Reasonable price for a big city hotel.I liked the outside and inside appearance of the hotel, it gave a farm-like vibe.Very secure-feeling.All in all, despite the faults it's a cosy central hotel which is the most important thing when you're out all day in the city anyway.
  : The WiFi did not work in our room, as has been mentioned by many other reviewers going more than one year back. We overheard another guest mention the same thing from their room so I don't think it was just bad luck on our part...Also I believe the mattress may have been broken in some way, as it seemed to sink dramatically around the middle, only on the right side. To describe the feeling, it was as if there was nothing to support the mattress, but I checked the bed frame and it looked OK... I'm not sure what that was about but I was only staying for 2 nights so didn't bother to speak to host about it.Shower if door closed was too small and claustrophobic-feeling to use so be wary of water getting on the floor if you find the same issue.

  : Very nice and welcoming host. The place is near an empty field so the air is cool (visited beginning of Sept), and the place is quiet. The room we had was comfortable and had good amenities. It's not a long walk from the tube and transport.Overall we had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.
  : The WiFi signal was not good in our room, but was good just outside of it in the sitting area. The ventilation shafts in the bathroom could use a bit of extra cleaning as it had accumulated too much dust.

  : Spacious and clean room and bathroom, kind and helpful manager, a terrace to relax at the end of the day.
  : The road leading to Casale de Santis is a bit dark and narrow without much space to walk and a lot of cars pass... Not the hotel's fault, just something to keep in mind!
