  : the location is great, comfortable andcleaning room.
  : kitchen doesnt really work, the fire almost dont even work. the location is on a very noisy street and you cant to not hear the cars 24/7

  : Location of apartment is quiet good. Cleanliness of room was good.
  : Booked a comfort triple room and we expected to have a private kitchen as how it is advertised on Booking.com. However the kitchen was a shared kitchen which was quiet disappointing. Pans were not clean and very old. Furthermore we had to make costs to contact the owner because nobody showed up at the agreed time.

  : -This is not a private apartment, but it seems like a hostel. -The apartment has three rooms and a shared kitchen, and when we arrived at the destination we asked the owner if there is gona be a new guest and she said that all the apartment is yours. The day after, we heard from the housekeeper that there is gona be a new guest. And so, in the middle of the night we find the door opened so the new guest brought friends also. For my family, that wasn't secured.

  : The room is very clean and it has a comfortable bed. Location is good as well.
  : It was unacceptable that the room didnt have ANY WARM WATER. The boiler was broken and the owner knew about it but she didnt say anything. We payed the whole price of the room on the first day as soon as we arrived. We found out later on the first day of our stay that the room didnt have any warm water! We asked the owner about it and she lied to us claiming that the cleaner had switched off. All of a sudden a Plummer shows up on our door to fix the boiler and thats when we found out it was broken. The owner came after the Plummer as well.. she didnt get to fix it the whole time of our stay! We kept asking her every day to fix it but she didnt do anything for 6 days we were there!! Such a disappointment and the worst of it was that she kept lying about it. Warm water is one of the very essential things a guest expects from the host. After that, we saw at the comments from previous guests on booking complaints for the hot water supply 1 month ago!! This has been a problem a long time ago and she keeps tricking all the guests ever since! We talked to the people living to the other rooms of the apartment and they had the same problem. We feel scammed!

  : its in a really good location and the staff is really polite.
  : when we booked the room it was said the bathroom was private, but even though we were the only one using it, it was outside the room in the corridor. this should be noted before reserving the room because its annoying.

  : Clean amd tidy. Location was great - a few mins to the Bologna Metro , so Termini was about 3 stops away (less than 10mins). The street had a minimart, restaurants etc. so convinent for eating and supplies. we felt safe and comfortabke in this neighbourhood.
