  : Location! Piazza Novana is the best place to stay in Rome. Close enough to everything but isn’t as “touristy” as the Vatican City. Room had a nice balcony over looking the Via. Good restaurants near by. Nice renters who were available 24/7 to answer all questions.
  : Our shower was broken. We had no hot water. The renter answered immediately and came to fix it but, It still didn’t work properly. Amenities are average.

  : Fantastic location, pleasant apartment, nice and warm.Good shower. Comfortable bed.Clean.Friendly texts from host.Very good value for a nice apartment in a perfectly situated area, we loved all the bars and restaurants nearby.
  : We were disturbed during the night by incessant repetative music which was really irritating, we couldn't work where it came from but as noise is something you have to accept if you stay in an apartment, I would suggest bringing ear plugs if you are a light sleeper!Hopefully it's a temporary problem!Also the lock on the front door downstairs was difficult to open and required perseverance, however hopefully this will get sorted out soon.There wasn't a mattress protector, luckily the mattress was new but I would consider it a necessity

  : Loved the location. Perfect walking distance to many sites. Really cool bathroom and a nice small kitchen.
  : The noise. It wasn’t just the noise from the street, but also from the building when in the bedroom. Also, the sofa was small and not very comfortable.

  : Rafaella, our host, made herself available for questions and was really prompt with answers.
  : On the Booking.com app it said I had paid in total, taxes and all. But they only pay the host all except city taxes which is payable to the host in cash. There was no problem but I needed to double check, and have cash handy. Also there were only 2 of us as my daughter couldn’t come but I still had to pay city tax for her.
