  : My recent stay at Domus Getsemani was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped in, I knew I was in for a treat. The breakfast spread at Domus Getsemani is a food lovers dream. From freshly baked pastries to hearty breakfast sandwiches, theres something for everyone. The location couldnt be better situated. Its conveniently close to the renowned Vantican Musuem, as well as public transportation, making it a breeze to explore the city. Whether youre heading to the historic district or catching a train to the outskirts, youre just steps away from the action.The staff also deserve a standing ovation. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist. Whether I needed directions or recommendations for nearby historic interests, they went above and beyond to make my stay memorable.

  : Good breakfast choice with cereal pastries rolls fruit and fruit juice but hot drink choice was limited
  : The property was very noisy. I could hear guests in rooms adjacent and above me onudong snoring. Also there was only one bus that ran by the property and after a long day of walking miles a other walk back was the thing I wanted.

  : Dirty small rooms not as seen in the pictures. Lots of noise from the neighbors and from the surrounding streets. The toilet is so small that I couldn't even sit on it. The 10 minute walk to the Vatican is also a pure lie in my opinion. Dont even get me started on the Breakfast.

  : The receptionist was constantly showing disrespect to me, either because of my nationality or because I take anti-Covid precautions and wear an FFP2 mask indoors. He didn't say "hi" or "bye" or "thank you" even in Italian, just frowned, it's the first time I've seen such a behaviour in Italy, very unpleasant. No hot water (I mean, at all, not even at night). Almost no wi-fi, floor 3 didn't function, floor 2 was weak. The lights in the ceiling didn't work. Impossible shower, just a corner 50x50 cm with a piece of wood on a hole in the floor. No kettle even in the breakfast room. During the breakfast, the receptionist constantly controlled the table to not let anybody eat too much. He "served the drinks", but touched the edges of the cups, then the trash bin, then the cups again, disgusting. He also was unhappy when I asked to print out a ticket for me and indicated that I can download it into my phone (no I can't and who cares, do you not have a sheet of paper for me for the 78 EUR paid?) Only one bus passes by (bus 49). From the subway, there's a very steep stairs, as well as from other buses at the Bastioni Di Michelangelo bus-stop, if this is important. Very unsafe street crossing, cause cars don't see you due to the multiple turns. This "hotel" positions itself as a place for believers, but there's no God there, just hate and greedyness. Don't stay there.
