  : Dear fellow travelers,I feel compelled to share my recent disappointing experience at Fleming suites, in order to warn potential future guests. My stay at this establishment was far from satisfactory, and I urge you to reconsider booking a room here.First and foremost, I was shocked by the lack of professionalism displayed by the staff. On the first night of my stay, I was awoken at 4:30 AM by the owner, who asked me by WhatsApp to open the door of the hallway for drunk guests from another room who had forgotten their keys. It is unacceptable for guests to be inconvenienced in such a manner due to the hotel's negligence.Additionally, the quality of the accommodation left much to be desired. The room was extremely poorly soundproofed, leading to constant disturbances from neighboring rooms. I could hear conversations, showers, snoring, people blowing their noses,This level of noise disruption is simply unacceptable for a supposedly comfortable lodging.Furthermore, I was deeply concerned about the lack of security measures in place. During the room cleaning, the staff member responsible left my door wide open, leaving my personal belongings vulnerable to theft or intrusion.The amenities provided were also subpar, with only one pillow per person and the extra blankets reminiscent of those issued in military barracks.In summary, the value for money at Fleming suites is severely lacking. Considering the price paid for my stay, I expected a much higher standard of service.I advise against staying at this hotel until these issues are addressed and rectified.To finish on a positive note, the ice-cream maker next to the Hotel is amazing, we didnt found better even in the center of Rome
