  : A cosy hotel with a convenient location. We liked Mia Ristorante, which is just 50 meters away from the hotel. There is a lift in the building. The breakfast is small but very pleasent with hand-made croissants. The owners are very friendly.

  : The only positive thing about this accommodation is the location which is near the termini station.
  : The room offered does not look like in the pictures, it is very small and in front of an improvised reception. every noise you could hear, from the phone calls made by the people at the reception in the morning (which would usually last until noon) and the tourists arriving or leaving. Funny fact is that no one is at the reception when you really need it, but in the morning when you would like to sleep more a lot of noise is being made. the walls of the bath are filled with mold (which cause a very bad smell) toilet is not functioning properly, you cannot flush the water more than once in a short time and most of the time you would hear water flowing inside of the toilet which is very noisy. the water at the shower is not always warm. furthermore, the hairdryer the owner claims to have in the description of facilities is a very old one which is fixed in the wall. There are holes in the tube of it and because of these the warm air is being lost, so you cannot really use it to dry your hair. The handle at the bath is rusty, there is no shower-gel, but instead some very old dispensers on the wall which do not seem very hygienic. There is no paper roll, but instead a napkin holder.The pillows have a bad smell and the bed mattress is old. A lot of facilities included in the description do not exist in reality, so dont get scammed by this.So far the worst accommodation I have ever seen. For this price I would not expect so much, but at least some decency (such as a functioning toilet, walls without mold and soundproofed rooms in order to actually have the privilege to rest on vacation:) ). Would not recommend it.

  : The room was good enough, had all the needs, good sized bathroom, all very clean and tidy. The location is excellent. Very quiet place especially at night, get a good rest.
  : I wanted two single beds and got a double bed instead. The building is old and not so well kept. No sign on the outside where the place is. It was difficult to locate the entrance, had to ask around.

  : Good location, less than 15 minutes walking from Roma Termini.
  : Breakfast is very poor and disappointing. It is served at a caf outside the B&B and is only a coffee or glass of juice and a croissant.
