  : The staff was super accommodating and the location is wonderful. We walked around the city every night we stayed here and they gladly checked our bags after we checked out of our room so we could walk around the city on our final day in Rome.
  : The rooms are a bit small and air conditioning isn't the coolest - but still works and was a pleasant night's sleep.

  : The tiles on the floor were cracked and loose, the shower screen did not open or close properly and the bed sheets were stained, it was dirty.

  : I loved how welcoming and kind the staff was. Communication was a breeze. I also loved the location as it was very central and made walking around easy.
  : I didnt love the breakfast options, but they were not bad in price. Not very vegan friendly, but that was expected.

  : The staff were amazing. I had a robbery when travelling outside in city of Rome . The Hotel Carmel manager immediately dropped everything, took me to the police station and later drove across the city and helped me find my stolen passport in the city . Just incredible help and consideration . Very much over and above in service. The hotel neighbourhood is really interesting and a choice of local bars and great restaurants with outside dining. Dont be put of by the outside of the building , its clean and cosy enough inside . Easy walking to lots of the famous sites.
