  : The location was incredible, pretty much in walking distance to everything besides the Vatican. The room was very clean, and did look nice. The bed was comfortable enough and they do keep extra pillows and blankets in the closet. The kitchen was well equipped.
  : The wifi was terrible, pretty much had to use our data for the entire stay. Even the TV that was connected you couldn't get Netflix to load due to bad WIFI. You could also hear your neighbors in the room next to you very clearly as there are 2 apartments in the building. The water for the shower was very inconsistent, it would sometimes be very hot even if you put it at a cooler temperature, but then it would get ice cold within 5-10 minutes, or it would never get hot and you'd just have to take a cold shower in the morning.

  : It's an excellent stay for family. The neighborhood is quiet and yet closed to some of the main attractions.

  : The facilities were good- full sized fridge, dishwasher, stove top, coffee pod machine and air-conditioning - a very comfortable apartment, especially for 5 days (we were able to cook meals, cool down after being out in the heat and store enough food and drinks).Great location, walking distance to nearly all major tourist attractions. The host was very friendly and accommodating. Double windows to reduce the noise from outside as its a busy street.
  : The bathroom needs to be re painted (peeling paint on the walls), and the shower curtain looked a bit dirty. The floors seemed to leave our white socks black on the bottom.The bed was smaller than I expected, but the room will only fit a double bed.Noisy neighbours can be heard through the walls, but this is not the host or apartments fault.

  : Federico is the best and most accommodating host ever. From reaching out before the trip to make sure he could welcome in person, to accommodating my early check-in AND late checkout needs, he has been amazing. I met him and his lovely family in person when I thought I had an issue with the apartment - which turned out to be a false alarm. The speed with which he not only responded, but also showed up was absolutely amazing.The flat is so beautifully decorated and tasteful, with high ceilings making you really get the italian/ roman experience. His flat is also so centrally located: 7 min walk to then Pantheon, 14 min walk to Trevi fountain, 18 minute walk to the colosseum, and 35 minute walk to St Peter's basilica. I am not exaggerating - these numbers are all genuine because I walked it myself. I couldn't recommend enough. As if all of this isn't enough, it is a 1 minute walk from one of the best pasta places I have ever tried in my life: Paste e Vino - fresh pasta and wonderful staff.

  : Apartment is central to everything (nothing was more than 30 mins walk). Had coffee machine, small kitchen and good amount of hot water for the shower. Good communication from the owner.
  : Road/tram noise in the lounge (which is where sofa bed is) so noisy for those sleeping on the sofa bed. Not particularly clean; found old open packet of sweets in cupboards, corners of room were very dusty, dining table still had bits on it when we arrived.
