  : Nice apartment with beautiful balcony.
  : The shower was part of Bath with a very irritating shower curtain (not much spa e and hot water was not consistent)., pool was only available for two hours per day, you need to pre book. Initially, they wanted to put us in apartment with no pool access:( had to argue to get what I booked. The owner had no English needed to use Google translate to communicate. They tried to charge above what the site stated as the total but reverted once I produced my confirmation with the total. They said the site booking.com was wrong. Location is only good if you don't want to go in to Rome regularly otherwise its a pain in the ass and you will use the money you save from being in a central location on transport.Taxis are not easy to get in early hours of the morning if you have an early flight so factor this in, ours confirmed then didnt show up with no others available. Panic:)Overall, it's a nice apartment, but it seems the owners must be new to the business. As a result, the experience left a little bit to be desired.

  : We were unhappy overall for the stay because we didnt have the pool access, any air conditioning - the owner came and said the system is programmed centrally and we have no control, so the appartment was 25 degrees celsius and very humid all the time, with or without the doors opened. There was no cleaning or towels/sheets refresh during the 5 days stay, and no garbage collected.

  : It was a huge apartment definitely tons of space and very cute! Well decorated big kitchen! The value for this was amazing. Gated place with pool as well!
  : The WiFi did not work once. The a/c did not actually work, it said it was on but it was set to 25 degrees and would not go lower. Only cool place was the living room, made sleeping in the bed a bit hard. The location is not fully ideal, you have to drive about 25min into the city, but it was also very peaceful and quiet so depends what youre going for! I also wish the kitchen had some basics, they had multiple coffee pots and machines but no coffee? Which is pretty standard to provide in hotels and airbnbs etc. even little things like salt and pepper would be great to have. I felt a little off about the fact the dishes werent actually put away and scattered all over the kitchen in different places, its like no one reset the kitchen during the clean.

  : Plenty of space. Quiet location, close to bus stop and shops.
  : The apartment needs maintenance. One of the couples slept on two single beds pushed together, where one was smaller than the other. One also squeaked every time you moved.

  : The apartment was new, well-equipped and modern.
  : The accommodation agent, La Mia Casa Romana staff were not helpful, careing, they were badly organised and incorrect. On the day of our arrival there were none on the spot to welcome and give us the key. The communication was very difficult with the staff. Our contact person spoke only in Italian, she didn't care for our problems and complaints. Our apartment viewed to a construction site which made big noise. The air conditioner and the WiFi were out of order, so it was hot in the room. On the last day the staff promised to give us discount from the rental in order to compensate our inconvenience. They promised to transfer the refund to our bank account, but we have not received any money yet.
