  : The Cleanng staff was very efficient and accommodating As this was our first trip to Rome our expectations may have been a bit high to begin with. Although we found the room a bit cramped the cleanliness, friendly cleaning staff, and the large opening window more than made up for that
  : The bed was uncomfortable with springs noticeable. Also, When we used the air conditioning there was a sewer odour at times like it lacked ventilation. We left the window wide open and that seemed to cure it. Of most concern was the lift. We checked the website and Booking.com to ensure there was a lift and that there were no concerns with it as I am 80 and my wife is 77 and dealing with stairs is difficult for us. We found that the room is on the 4th level, not 3rd as we thought and the lift is manually operated. While it was quaint and we were able to use it without difficulty, on two occasions It was locked off on the top floor. This was an especially difficult situation on the morning we had to leave as again it was stuck on the top floor and I was forced to carry all our travel cases down 4 flights of stairs. Other than the cleaning staff in the morning we don't know if there is even anyone around that would have helped. Unforgiveable and not an experience I can easily overlook 4 days later and I am finally starting to recover. While this may not be anyone's responsibility it did sour what had been our Rome experience.

  : Location near the metro and the center.The room was cleaned and water refilled every day.
  : The water in the shower was not warm.

  : Great flexibility, it was possible to check in a little bit earlier. The location is close to Metro and Colosseum, there are lots of bars around.In the room, you get free water, coffee capsules and great view at the street from the window. Clean bathroom. Nice staff.

  : The location was unbeatable. Just 15 minutes walk to the colosseo. Besides, they give you everyday coffee pods and bottles of water included in the price. The check in was simple and they could keep our luggage until the room was ready.
  : Maybe if a had to mention one thing it could be the bed that made lot of noise (it seems like it is an old bed). And sometimes it could be a little uncomfortable. I could mention that the toilet is small but it is still good for the price.

  : Felt safe and secure, almost no street noise, access to a kitchen and lounge, staff were friendly and responsive, lift access, walking distance to main part of Monti, train station and several main attractions.
  : The shower (water took a very long time to warm up and only a minimal amount of water came out of the shower head), the bed (the springs were very evident), and the wifi often dropped out. It was also unsettling to send copies of ID via text and pay the city tax via a link in a message.
