  : Great location - trastevere is a 20 min walk as are the majority of the other main sites. Clean towels everyday was also good. It seemed to be a reasonable price (and would have been had it been clean).
  : It was so dirty. There was thick dust on the bed frame, mattress and the floor. Plug sockets were extremely dangerous- I got a small shock from one as they are coming out of the wall. The desk glass was broken (hidden with a lamp), so when we spilled a drink the full desk ended up with liquid underneath it. We returned after a day out to find the 'cleaners' had come and left the door unlocked all day. It was also noisy above us. Nothing was ever cleaned - the cups were dirty from the start of the trip and were never replaced with clean ones for the duration of our 5 night stay. I washed one myself in the sink and when I wiped it after it came up dirty. We also never had coffee/tea replenished (not that we'd used it - they'd left the remains of the previous guest's coffee). The room felt like it hadn't been cleaned between stays (or for weeks in fact with the dust). I had a bad throat and itchy eyes from the room's dirt/dust. Reception was never around (9am-5pm which isn't suitable for a city break trip when you're out all day). City tax also felt very steep - I understand Rome sets this rate, but the hotel needs their grading adjusting.

  : The location is excellent allowing us to walk to all of the main attractions. Further it allowed access to many other places of interest especially for food and drinks

  : Location was fabulous with some great eateries around. It was a nice big room and was clean and tidy.
  : The noise at night.first night was fine but 2nd and 3rd nights there was a VERY noisy bar close by with lots a yahooing along with what sounded like car alarms going off and on constantly from midnight -2am so got very little sleep. Also on the 3rd night the toilet cistern started running water constantly all night. The shower was no more than lukewarm warm, with no pressure at all and on the first night we had to fix the shower head with the bottle opener provided as it kept falling down. There needs to be some maintenance done as there is rot in some of the door framing and the electric sockets were very wobbly and unsafe looking. The plugs didnt stay in well. Also in the description it said there was a washing machine available. This was NOT the case and annoying as it was one of the reasons we chose the property.
