  : The room is at a relatively ok location, very close to a metro station and close to Termini train station. The manager is responsive and they can keep the luggage in the apartment after one checks out which is very convenient. The room is relatively modern and felt clean, especially the bathroom. There is a medium size fridge that works very well, this is a huge plus, especially for summer. Biscuits and some instant coffee are provided but this is more of a nice hospitality gesture rather than a reason to choose the room. They clean (or maybe tidy up) the room daily.
  : The area is not the best. If you are not confident and used to walk in dingy streets (the area becomes slightly dingy at night), maybe you should avoid it. The room is offered as a quadruple. Indeed there is space for 4 people to sleep (2 on the bed + 2 on a convertible couch) but not sure they would be comfortable in such a room, as it is not that big. However it is a really good size for 2 people. Toilet paper is not of good quality. The room is noisy as it's next to a rather busy street, use of earplugs is advised to have a good sleep.

  : The property was clean and the linens were cleaned daily by the staff. There was a playpen set up for my youngest daughter. The staff were good and were able to inform us for what was in the area.
  : I did not like the location. It seemed a bit unsafe with homeless individuals sleeping in the front of the building daily, graffiti on the walls and individuals trying to ask us to get inside when we had a key.

  : The room was clean and very comfortable. Perfect for a couple of nights in Rome with a family. Close to good restaurants and a nice park.
  : Anything close to the train can be a little loud at night but nothing out of the ordinary.

  : The bathroom was clean and our beds were made everyday. The property manager is really helpful on all the questions. The place is near Roma Termini. There's a walking distance bus stop going to Termini. At first, you might be scared of the area but it is safe to walk even at night.
  : The aircon does not cool the room. Wifi was not working.
