  : Excellent Location . Flat was very comfortable. Manager was responsive. Some switches need fixing as does the dishwasher panel.
  : No AC with temps reaching 82 degrees by afternoon.. wish you would change the description on your listing to 'ac available when some beaucratic rule allows.' Your listing mentioned AC, an important feature when choosing a place in Roma in summer, need to change this so people can be informed in advance.

  : Overall, the behaviour of the host. Did not even let us keep our bags before we paid her the city tax. Was extremely rude. No where in Italy were we made to wait outside an apartment with our luggage. We had even done our pre check in etc. yet the lady was just rude. The air conditioning in the apartment was not working and she did not help us at all. Did not provide us with a fan upon repeated requests. Ignored our calls and messages. I can go n on n on about this but its just not worth my time. The only decent thing was that she explained the transport system and what all we could do around ROME. My advise to all the travellers - speak to the host before you get there and clear all details and requirements before you get fooled. For that matter - even booking.com refused to cooperate and help in this situation. I hope no one else goes through something that ruins their trip.

  : Apartment well equipped, bus stop right in front.
  : Couch bed is very uncomfortable, they dont provide baby cot. They said subway station is close but you need to go through a sketchy alley, we avoided going there at night. AC in the living room wasnt working properly. There is nothing around the location.

  : this is the worst district of the city, transport does not work normally, a phone was stolen from a bag at a stop, it is difficult to return from the city center in the evening, the whole district is in the trash, the store is a long way. The host asked for 11.00 departure did not agree (departure at 10.00). the floor stank of a terrible odor
