  : The location of the apartment is very good.
  : We had late check-in and the host's phone was off so we couldn't get in touch with her. We had an appointment that the keys will be in a place near the apartment but they weren't there. She didn't answered her phone and we couldn't get in the apartment so we spend the night out. On the morning the host called us and fixed the misunderstanding.About the apartment - the pressure of the water is low and we didn't had hot water.

  : Plenty of space, good Wi-Fi, good location in a residential area but close enough to Colosseo and other attractions.
  : No hot water in the shower which was inconvenient. We booked for 5 and when we were getting ready to go to bed we realised the sofa bed wasnt made and there were no sheets anywhere so one person had to sleep on the mattress.

  : The flat was nice but quiet small
  : and noisy. The walls are very thin and if there is someone in the room next door and not really caring. It could get very very noisy.They are 3 rooms if they are occupied by 2 persons each it becomes a nightmare with 6 people.The bed are very narrow. I am not a thick person but I didn't sleep that well however they were comfortable. Our biggest problem was the shower. The workaround to get hot water is rid and absolutely not planet friendly as you have to let the water run full power for 10 mn at least. I was feeling very bad wasting so much to get hot water and not even efficient. A couple of time I even gave up and couldn't shower in the morning. Another time I had to finish my hair with cold water. The last day I had to leave without showering it was very annoying.They said that it is because of the old roman water pipes system but we went to other places were they had hot water running perfectly. Even restaurants.

  : I read about complaining there was no hot water in shower in review when I was about to booked I thought it would have been sort it unfortunately it was not and also the toilet flash not working properly

  : Location. Apartment was habitable. Only there a week so had to make do.
  : Marks on the walls, hole in Bedroom door, plug sockets sticking out the wall, electricity cut out numerous times, headboard on beds broken, sofa bed springs sticking out, dishwasher was out of order, food left in Kitchen cupboard, (from previous occupant?) Shower intermittently cold, toilet flusher kept getting stuck.
