  : The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The location is walking distance to the Vatican. Plenty of choices around the maison to eat & for groceries.
  : It is what it is with the elevator and with lack of soundproofing. The heating isn't very good in the room for winter times but the staff brought it electric heaters.

  : The location was perfect for a city trip and allowed us to see everything we wanted to see. Checking in/out was easy, there is an elevator in the building which has a lot of charm with its little patio and some of the best restaurants in town are in the area. I especially recommend the Lumiere cafe for breakfast/drinks.
  : This is an apartment that was split into rooms so soundproofing is not great and we were woken up by other guests leaving very early every day (as early as 7am, even though we were staying at the end of the corridor). The bed was way too soft and I hated the pillows. We had barely enough of the cheap shampoo/shower gel provided and had to ask for more repeatedly to a maid who doesn't speak a work of English. There was a lot of dust on the top shelves and the wall adjacent to the bathroom is molded. The water pressure was weak, and the shower head did not fit in the holder. Wifi was spotty at best. To top it all, when discussing this with the owner, I was asked to post a 10 review or no review at all...

  : Great location in heart of Rome near Vatican & bridges across to other side of river. Just around corner from airport shuttle bus. Super clean, comfortable, good bathroom. Excellent access instructions/arrangements & support provided by lovely staff. Coffee machine :). Will stay here again in future.
